Form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc., which acts as our data processor and stores submissions on our behalf. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to its processing infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested — for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous advice if you contact us again, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your correspondence earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.
